Where are you based and who do you work with?
I'm a website design consultant based in Saratoga Springs, NY, serving small service businesses across New York's Capital Region. Everything I do is delivered remotely, so location within the region is never a constraint.
Do you build websites?
Yes, for the right clients. My main focus is helping you figure out what to change and why, through reviews and audits. For clients who want me to handle the redesign work directly, that's a separate service with its own pricing. Once we know what needs to change and what platform you're using, I can put together a redesign quote, since the complexity of your platform affects how much work is involved. For many small service businesses in the Capital Region, that looks like starting with a website review or audit and then moving into a focused redesign once we know what we're working with.
